Shelley Court is the two staircases and three storey building positioned alongside the west boundry of the Estate, parking area and a little stream, with no name, that runs south to north along the edge of Winnals Park . This little stream is a part of network of over 1200 kms of rivers, streams and brooks which collect water for river Ouse. Cavity walls in the building have been insulated few years ago by professional cavity wall insulation installer - the project was financed by EU and UK government grants. Shelley Court recently underwent an external refurbishment which smartened the appearance of the central plaza of the Estate. In addition, the external structures of the walls, windows and balconies were visually inspected, gutters were thoroughly cleaned and cleared and eaves and fascias examined for signs of deterioration.
